Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening for a global Product Line Manager supporting the ThermoDrive Platform. As a member of this team, the qualified individual will be responsible for controlling and accelerating ThermoDrive Products, Services and Components market adoption by understanding customer needs, identifying cross-industry market opportunities, and partnering with peers within the Industry teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and value-creating solutions. The ThermoDrive Product Manager connects commercial, engineering, technical and operational teams to ensure the products deliver on our promise of reliability, innovation and customer value.


Expected travel 30% -40% both domestic and international.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities: 


Product line Leadership

Drive successful growth of the ThermoDrive portfolio

Coordinates with the Business Units, industry team BDAs to identify and prioritize new opportunities for innovation and improvement across markets and applications

Advises on New Products, product lifecycle decisions – introductions, enhancements and rationalization based on data and customer insights


Commercialization and Market Readiness

Works collaboratively with ThermoDrive New Product Engineering, Project Management, Marketing and Commercial teams to sequence the successful coordination and roll-out of new products

Partners with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans and messaging that reinforce the Intralox brand and value

Collaborates closely with Food Business Unit Industry commercial teams to support sales enablement and early customer adoption


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Works together with ThermoDrive Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and scalability

Works together with Industry team and Platform Business Development Analysts to execute commercialization planning within the Stage-Gate framework, ensuring readiness across all functions

For the ThermoDrive Platform, serves as the central connection point between technical development, DT systems support and commercial execution


Customer and Market Insights

Maintains a deep understanding of customer processes, market dynamics, and industry trends across all segments within the Food and Industrial Business unit

Engages directly with customers and OEM partners to identify needs, validate new ideas, and ensure products fit

Translates field insights into actionable direction for product development and innovation


Performance and Financial Management 

Supports Food and Non Food Industry team Business Development Analysts to drive product line financial performance including revenue, pricing, cost, and margin targets

Uses data-driven insights to evaluate product portfolios and prioritize investment decisions (i.e. ensure we have complete product line with minimal gaps)

Partners with leadership to align product line goals with broader business objectives


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in product management or business development, within the conveying or industrial equipment industries

Strong understanding of Food conveying applications and competitive belting technology

Proven ability to deliver results and drive impactful new product development through collaboration

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in working with Intralox systems including: Noetix (Oracle) and Dynamics

Excellent Microsoft suite skills, including Excel skills for data analytics

Proven ability to navigate Intralox internal processes for innovation from ideas to fully released products

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
