Mechanical Engineer-LCS Retrofits
Apply now- Provide mechanical engineering support for projects during qualification and quotation phases.
- Conduct site-level discovery to support ideation and solution development.
- Develop and release refresh kit Bills of Material (BOMs) based on field discovery and internal engineering standards.
- Create clear and actionable technical requests for internal subject matter experts to support project execution.
- Produce drawings and system layouts for customer presentations and technical discussions.
- Perform light design work as required to support retrofit & upgrades scope along with LCS tools where applicable.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks associated with retrofit solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and applications based on customer feedback and operational needs.
- Support customer visits, system troubleshooting, and training activities, with travel up to 30%, including occasional international or weekend travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a closely related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a related engineering role.
- Direct experience with conveyor or material handling systems.
- Proficiency with CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to work hands-on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally) as required.
- Experience designing automated material handling systems or industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical controls or controls-related system components.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $74,300 to $174,300.
