Our Security and Access Team is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Engineer who will design, implement and maintain Identity and Access Management systems and solutions to support our company’s initiatives and standards.  Relocation assistance provided.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Engineer and launch global identity and access platforms, including SSO, MFA, IAM/CIAM, and PAM.
  • Architect solutions end-to-end: from design and procurement through deployment, monitoring, automation, lifecycle management, and eventual migration or retirement.
  • Automate and optimize identity processes using tools such as PowerShell (or similar scripting).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced identity issues for system admins, bringing deep technical knowledge to critical problems.
  • Shape security direction by collaborating with architects, analysts, and infrastructure teams to balance business value with technical rigor.
  • Stay ahead of threats—evaluate emerging identity risks, propose countermeasures, and strengthen enterprise resilience.
  • Mentor and elevate teammates, sharing technical depth and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience (5+ years).
  • 3+ years of direct experience building and delivering identity and access solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, IDaaS platforms, and digital certificate management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting for automation.
  • Experience producing detailed technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Solid grasp of identity-related threats and cyberattack trends.
  • Self-driven with strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
  • Able to communicate fluently with both technical and business leaders.
  • Willingness to support occasional evening/weekend work and limited travel.
