Job Description (General Summary)
The HR Operations Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data across our HR systems. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to manage employee lifecycle transactions, maintain organizational structures, develop reporting solutions, and support core HR system processes.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple HR platforms in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Process, audit, and approve employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, job changes, terminations, and contingent worker record creation.
• Maintain accurate employee demographic, job, and compensation data in HR systems, including retroactive and backdated corrections as needed.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy and data security requirements.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate workforce insights, metrics, and analytics.
• Build, maintain, and validate reports and dashboards using tools such as OTBI, Noetix, ADP, Excel, and Power BI or similar platforms.
• Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports covering headcount, compliance, budgeting, and other workforce metrics.
• Create and maintain foundational HR system structures, including job titles, departments, locations, legal entities, and pay structures.
• Coordinate system and data updates across Payroll, Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT to ensure alignment and resolve integration or data transfer issues.
• Support ADP administration and benefits-related configuration updates, benefits eligibility validation, vendor feed reconciliation, and annual Open Enrollment.
• Support business and system improvement efforts by evaluating processes, documenting use cases, reviewing Oracle HCM release features, and performing manual business testing.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with privacy and data security requirements.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data analytics.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports and validating data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting or data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, OTBI, Noetix, or ADP reporting tools.
• Experience managing HR/benefits vendor integrations or file feeds.
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, benefits eligibility, and payroll processes.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment or HR system configuration changes.
