Equipment Application Engineer-LCS Retrofits

- Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges and define optimized system solutions.
- Interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate system scope.
- Develop layout drawings, cost estimates, and technical risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to deliver complete solutions.
- Present technical concepts and proposals using CAD and simulation tools.
- Support customer visits, troubleshooting efforts, and training activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and field insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within material handling or conveyor systems.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Proven analytical and hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally), including occasional weekends.
- Experience designing automated material handling systems or equipment.
- Experience with electrical controls or controls-related retrofit projects.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $68,300 to $162,200.
