Job Description (General Summary)
We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented Deburr Operator to support our fabrication team. This role is responsible for removing laser-cut parts, performing deburring operations (by hand and machine), and helping move work through multiple fabrication areas. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with opportunities to learn and grow across laser, press brake, and saw operations.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities

· Break out parts from laser-cut sheets
· Deburr parts using hand tools and deburring machines (Lissmac)
· Inspect parts to ensure quality and remove sharp edges or defects
· Prep and stage parts for the next operation
· Support production across laser, deburr, press brake, and saw areas as needed
· Perform daily/weekly maintenance for upkeep of the machines
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
· Maintain accurate work and labor entries using shop floor systems.


Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience using basic hand tools (grinders, sanders, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Ability to read basic drawings and use measuring tools
· Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas
· Team player with a strong work ethic
· Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as outlined in the Functional Job Description.


Preferred (Not Required)

· Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
· Familiarity with deburring or metal finishing processes
· Exposure to laser, press brake, or saw operation
