Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to support internal business process transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in communication, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering scalable solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners to continuously refine the Azure DevOps backlog to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Solution Leads, Functional Architects, and Technical Architects to refine user stories, assist in estimation, and ensure alignment with overall solution design.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE capabilities.
• Develop process models, user stories, and documentation to support solution development and delivery.
• Recommend improvements and automation opportunities using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools by conducting ridealongs with users and collecting feedback.
• Support change management efforts and post-implementation adoption and optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven ability to elicit, document and translate business processes and needs into functional requirements.
• Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas Apps).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of agile / scrum project management tools for managing backlogs, work items, and documentation, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multi-system integration projects, QA Testing, Wireframing and Analytics is a huge plus.
