A Module Cutter cuts plastic modules for conveyor belts according to customer orders in a fast-paced, teamwork focused environment. This opening is on our 2nd shift (2:30PM - Midnight, Monday-Friday). This is a full-time position in an air-conditioned, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
• Cut plastic modules for conveyor belts according to customer orders and specifications
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for the assigned work lane
• Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet required specifications
• Learn and operate basic cutting equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Take ownership of assigned equipment by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and addressing minor problems as trained before escalating to leadership or maintenance
• Identify abnormal machine conditions or equipment issues and communicate them to leadership or maintenance as appropriate
• Assist with basic machine adjustments or troubleshooting as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping
• Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance
• Work collaboratively with team members while also managing tasks independently when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding workflow, quality, or equipment concerns
• Work overtime and weekends as required to support production needs
• Follow the attendance policy of the Assembly department
Mechanical Aptitude Expectations
• Comfortable learning and operating basic production equipment
• Ability to make simple adjustments to equipment and tooling as trained
• Ability to recognize abnormal machine conditions and communicate issues promptly
• Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting and machine setup procedures
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
