This is not your average project management role. While there will be projects to manage and timelines to adhere to, you are a seasoned project manager and you already know how to do this well. More importantly, this role will be critical in driving adoption of new processes, managing the change and owning the communications needed that can scale with a growing product line.

As a company whose key principles focus on change, curiosity, tenacity and a love of learning, we believe strongly that who we are as a company is based on who we have working with us. You will not be given a clear step-by-step plan of what to implement and asked to execute. Instead, you will be given an objective and it is your creativity, experience, and self management that will drive the outcomes. We are looking for someone who can objectively evaluate their landscape, ask the right questions to understand gaps, build a plan to address those gaps and most importantly, you are a dynamic and engaged communicator whose special talent is getting teams excited for the ride. You will be working with driven and talented people across multiple departments, in an environment that promotes leadership and positivity, relying heavily on your ability to organize and be flexible. The opportunity for growth in this role is completely up to you.

All that said, there will be no shortage of challenges in this role. There is the initial ramp to learn our product line, who the players are and what processes exist today. And then you’ll move into the integral process implementation, which brings its own set of challenges around change management, adoption and balancing priorities. And while our organization thrives on continuous improvement, change at a human level is hard. Experience in managing new process improvements combined with exceptional communication skills will bring value.

Below is the list of standard qualifications and requirements. The important ones are included in the job summary above, but to be sure this is the right role for you, these should be considered as well.
