Laitram LLC is in search of a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to take ownership of identifying and evaluating talented and motivated individuals to join our growing organization. Focus will be on entry level production and manufacturing positions up to mid level, skilled positions.  At Laitram, we believe self-managed people are the foundation of our success. This qualified individual will ensure that we hire top talent in the market to meet rapid  business growth and demand. In addition, they will work with business leaders to deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and provide market intelligence to drive recruiting business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, source and hire for production/manufacturing positions, managing the process from posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing to offer acceptance.
  • Responsible for all job requisitions postings to ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules including in-person, telephone, offsite and videoconference. This includes coordinating calendars and working with hiring manager/interviewers/ department admins. to secure appropriate times, etc.
  • Provide high touch experience to ensure key communication takes place with all candidates throughout the entire interview process
  • Update and maintain recruitment reports and metrics
  • Deep connectivity to the business (attendance in key leadership meetings, planning sessions, etc.)
  • Develop strong relationships with senior leaders to forecast recruitment needs; provide consultation to key managers and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Strategic thought-partner to the business (providing expertise through proven experience and market intelligence, not order-taking)
  • Build strong network of top talent through referrals, attendance at career fairs, trade shows, networking events, etc.
  • Adept at internal and external benchmarking to provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
  • Effectively leverage social media channels to identify top-talent and build strong talent pipelines

Requirements:


  • Associates Degree or higher required. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in hi-volume manufacturing, production and/or light industrial recruiting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task while maintaining good quality of work.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Self managed with a strong level of customer service.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, act with discretion
  • Experience with an automated Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship Management System such as Avature
