This Project Manager will be working with driven and talented people across multiple departments.  For a person to be successful in this role, they need to be highly motivated to learn new things, bring strong organization skills, enjoy navigating complexity, and demonstrate a wide degree of creativity.

Responsibilities:  
  • Help to lead and monitor complex projects from strategy to execution
  • Dynamic and proactive communicator as the primary point of contact, delivering the right information at the right time to the right audiences
  • Consistently identify and eliminate project issues and bottlenecks while anticipating and diffusing project risks
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured challenges and navigate effectively across diverse teams
  • Drive objective and timely decision-making to move projects forward and achieve objectives

Requirements:
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years managing projects, preferably in new product development and/or manufacturing
  • Technically minded, with the ability to grasp and communicate different technical concepts
  • Self-managed with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, along with a talent for processing new information quickly and on the fly
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and prioritization skills – writing, storytelling, and listening to influence internal stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task creatively and strategically with proven track record of proactivity and taking initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to self-manage, i.e., work independently with minimal supervision, and to drive to get to critical decisions and deliver results
  • Proven leadership skills - Highly motivated and enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Smartsheet preferred 
  • PMP or formal Project Management training, and an understanding of Agile methodologies would be beneficial 
  • Engineering background a plus
  • Future willingness to travel (10%)
