Responsibilities

• Manages successful execution of multiple multimillion-dollar projects through all stages of the project life cycle.

• Act as primary customer contact for the all - program activities, including communications, program schedule and status, compliance, performance, etc.

• Manage and monitor successful execution of large-scale programs consisting of several complex multimillion dollar projects while maintaining a positive customer experience

• Ensure all internal stakeholders understand deadlines and deliverables required to execute the program.

• Manage customer facing tasks including managing program schedules across multiple sites, manage issue escalation, manage site level coordination, running customer meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of customer deliverables.

• Manage program related tasks across multiple functional lanes including engineering deliverables, project initiation (supply chain, production control, Oracle, outsource manufacturing), ensuring timely/accurate ship off of materials, issue trending/management and management of information

• Monitors and manages projects resources, schedules and budgets.

• Direct and support cross-functional project teams to deliver a high quality and consistent product

• Understand program risks at all levels, including supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, etc., to

• Manage the program’s Risk Management Plan

• Communicate program status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Promote Intralox’s, Intralox Integration’s and Program/Project Management best practices, processes, procedures and tools.

• Maintain suitable engagement with all key stakeholders

• Manage program level work across multiple functional teams including, but not limited to, mechanical engineering, controls engineering, project management, operations, etc.

• Manages successful execution of multiple multimillion-dollar projects through all stages of the project life cycle.

• Communicates and reports project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Promotes Intralox best practices, processes, procedures and tools.

• Participates in engineering design reviews and regular meetings

• Uses software such as MS Office Project, Word and Excel, AutoCAD and ORACLE business suite to accomplish job responsibilities.

• Has in-depth knowledge of commonly-used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Champions and ensures company culture is implemented and adhered to within their team

• Attends trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets.

• Ensures a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years Project and/or Program management experience or equivalent work

• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work

• Experience working in cross functional teams

• Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors

• A self-managed individual who is a team player with leadership qualities

• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

• Attends trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets

• Able to travel up to 10-20%, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required

• Must be detailed oriented and organized

• Position based in Sparrows Point, MD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle

• PMP Certification
