Intralox, L.L.C., has an opening for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Specialist working within our Digital Solutions team.  As our presence continues to grow, internally and with our customers, we are looking to expand our team and grow our technical expertise so we can deliver more value to users, iterate faster on features, level up our development teams, and lay a strong foundation to scale our critical applications for broad internal integration and customer use.

  • Functional development of Dynamics 365 business applications for Customer Engagement and the related SDK (specifically Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service)
  • Proficient with designing, developing, deploying solutions, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM including managing user experience form design, entities, and data
  • Will lead design of new features to meet business requirements.  Will implement changes directly or coordinate and direct internal and external technical resources to facilitate implementation and troubleshoot as required
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE platform
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Rally preferred
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development framework preferred
  • Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, and/or Sales Functional Consultant Associate preferred
  • Microsoft certification in Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
