Lapeyre Stair has an opening for a Marketing Strategist to promote the company’s brand and services. 


In this role, we are looking for someone who excels at working collaboratively and across teams to deliver the story of our products and services, efficiently and effectively through the strategic development of multi-channel marketing campaigns for lead generation, lead nurturing and brand awareness for new and existing customers. 


Lapeyre Stair constructs precision built metal stair systems using a state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing system. The Lapeyre Stair product line includes Alternating Tread stairs, Steel Egress stairs (welded and bolted) as well as crossover systems, exit and intermediate platforms, and safety gates. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluate program effectiveness and effect changes required for improvement
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets for the organization
  • Design, write, and oversee the production of promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, case studies, and direct mail; designs layouts and prepares copy
  • Collaborate in the development of new products and develop marketing strategies for new products
  • Plan and develop the digital marketing strategy, including the marketing database, marketing automation, email, social, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Implement lead generation and account penetration programs for the sales team through marketing efforts including email campaigns, social, Google ads, trade shows, presentations, etc.
  • Communicate the value of products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Analyze website traffic to optimize the website user experience; create landing pages and manage web content
  • Manage media plans, calendar, and placement of advertisements; negotiate with media outlets
  • Identify and direct third parties as needed to achieve marketing objectives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing with experience in B2B industrial marketing
  • Experience working and collaborating with inside and outside Sales teams
  • Experience creating, executing, and optimizing marketing plans
  • Creative thinker, with a passion for digital marketing and emerging digital marketing trends/technologies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
