We seek a Marketing Project Manager who can skillfully plan, execute, and document marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can identify tasks to meet project deadlines, manage multiple timelines, and proactively identify bottlenecks. The Marketing Project Manager should possess excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement processes and solve problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage mid-sized to large campaigns that include multiple deliverables, team members, project tasks, budget, and timeline 
  • Create, implement, and maintain project timelines for multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ensure relevant team members have an accurate line of sight in our project management software (Lytho and Smartsheet) 
  • Make sure cross-project tasks within campaigns correctly reflect dependencies 
  • Proactively identify and help resolve capacity and process conflicts or roadblocks related to vendors, stakeholder approvals, and project team resources in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Enhance project workflow efficiency from start to finish while communicating updates to job requesters and ensuring final products are delivered on schedule 
  • Actively manage scope throughout the life of each project 
  • Collaborate with creative project teams, digital team, and marketing communication strategists to ensure timely and thorough project planning, execution, delivery, and results reporting 
  • Improve project templates and processes 

Requirements:
  • BS or BA from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of marketing project management experience, preferably in B2B
  • PMP certification preferred 
  • Vendor management 
  • Evidence of the ability to manage social media, web, content, SEO/SEM, and email marketing projects 
  • Understanding of project management processes and best practices
  • Proficient with project management tools and software
