Intralox, the global leader in conveyance solutions, is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Marketing Copywriter. We seek a strategic copywriter who is endlessly curious, self-managed, and cares about the details in the content produced.

As an Intralox Copywriter, you will translate marketing strategies into engaging copy for multiple channels. We need a writer who will collaborate with talented designers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and the creative director to develop innovative concepts, campaigns, and on-brand copy. This position will report to our creative director.

You must be a strategic, creative problem-solver with the ability to reduce the complex into simple, digestible deliverables. You can tell a compelling story based on commercial objectives, data, and research. You can work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, production, commercial, and digital services teams. You are a strong communicator who can manage multiple, competing priorities and is comfortable taking initiative.

  • Accurately and simply translate technical information, complex key value propositions, features, and benefits into messaging that aligns with commercial team objectives and goals
  • Create assets such as display copy, email campaigns, integrated campaigns, web content, trade show and event content, brochures, infographics, social media, and other digital and traditional marketing deliverables
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise creative, strategic solutions to achieve them
  • Adhere to brand and copy standards, knowledge of editorial standards
  • Effectively collaborate with marketing team members, different departments, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
  • Pitch strategic concepts or information in one-on-one and group meetings


  • MUST HAVE a strong writing portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns, email, and web content. Include a link to your online portfolio and/or samples in your resume. Applications submitted without a link to an online portfolio will not be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field of study required
  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience in B2B marketing, preferably industrial or technology, within a larger, corporate organization
  • Experience writing copy to be translated into multiple languages
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and work under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines for multiple projects 
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
  • Communicate confidently with people at all levels of an organization 
  • Proactive with a passion for continuous improvement
