IT Systems Administrator - Dynamics 365
We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator who will maintain, administer, and support our collection of Microsoft Dynamics 365 instances across the company. This includes at its foundation Dynamics customer relationship management applications for employees in our 20+ offices worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be an inquisitive, technical-minded individual, who enjoys troubleshooting and root cause analysis. He or she will work collaboratively with IT and Business teams to maintain the technology solutions which support key functions within our Digital Workplace program.
This position will report to the IT Application Services Supervisor with a strong dotted line to the Digital Solutions Team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer our Dynamics instances across multiple business units.
- Manage incident queue for Dynamics 365 according to ITIL best practices.
- Act as Tier 2 escalation point between frontline Support for Dynamics 365 related issues.
- Manage Dynamics instance cloning and hosting between production and lower environments.
- Interface with Dynamics business leads on health of environment and user experience.
- Escalate issues to Dev Ops Team for bug fixes and feature development.
- Create and maintain user accounts in Dynamics CRM.
- Create and document standard operating procedures related to our Dynamics 365 environments.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field; or relevant work experience
- Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in PowerShell
- Self-managed; ability to work well alone and in a global team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned work according to business need and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
