We are seeking an IT Program Manager who will lead in the sequencing of initiatives and management of project resources within our Infrastructure team. Our Infrastructure portfolio consists of Compute & Storage (Data Center), End User Compute, Facilities, Networking, Operational Technology (OT), Platform (PaaS), and Telephony/Unified Communications. For a person to be successful in this role, they need to be highly motivated to learn new things, bring strong organizational and leadership skills, enjoy navigating complexity, and demonstrate a wide degree of creativity.

The successful candidate will work with Business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain an Infrastructure roadmap aligned to company objectives and technology lifecycle requirements. This position will report to the IT Strategy & Planning manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a roadmap of Infrastructure initiatives by working with Business and IT stakeholders
  • Work within cross-functional teams of program managers, project managers, business analysts, architects, engineers, developers, and administrators to provide expertise in the planning of related technology initiatives
  • Align with other IT Program Managers to ensure holistic thinking in roadmapping and resource management efforts
  • Transparent, proactive communication of roadmap and project realities
  • May at times project manage Infrastructure initiatives as required due to skillset or capacity

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related study (or equivalent project management experience)
  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to lead sequencing efforts across stakeholders with differing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong working knowledge of demand, portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Demonstrated success in cross department and cross team integration and collaboration
  • Technically minded, with the ability to conceptually grasp and communicate technical information
