Intralox LLC is seeking an experienced environmental, health and safety (EHS) field professional to support all elements and functional areas of the Intralox EHS Management System. The EHS Field Professional will report directly into the Corporate EHS Manager and will be based out of Intralox’s Baltimore office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive EHS support for equipment installation and servicing.
    • Develop processes and programs specifically for field service operations.
    • Travel to sites as needed.  As much as 70% travel time.
    • Maintain information on customer site specific safety requirements.
    • Analyze jobs, processes and sites for safety, health, ergonomic and environmental risks.
    • Develop site/project safety plans.
    • Audit.
    • Facilitate formal root cause analyses for incidents and other non-conformances.
    • Develop, conduct or coordinate, as appropriate, safety and environmental training for field managers and employees.
  • Support EHS operations at manufacturing facilities as necessary.
  • This position will be based out of our Baltimore office. Relocation assistance possible.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Occupational Safety or closely related field.  Other degrees may be considered based on experience.  Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience in a formal environmental and/or safety management system.
  • 7 or more years of experience with at least 4 years consulting or construction with focus on safety in the field.
  • Self-managed professional with the ability to anticipate and react to the needs of multiple managers and organizational needs without direct supervision.
  • Ability to present and communicate at all levels of an organization.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Board of Certified Safety Professionals Certification.
