The Digital Program Manager reports to new products Project Management Manager and works in collaboration with a cross-functional team to release new products into Oracle through our custom app. This person will be accountable for this high performing team to execute on new product releases smoothly. Success in this role requires a strong mix of leadership, organizational, and project management skills, and a ‘nose’ for simplifying complexities to ensure good decisions and execution.  The position is an excellent point of entry for someone with high long-term leadership potential.

Responsibilities:
  • End to end ownership of the implementation of new products into Oracle via our custom application
  • Collaborate with industry-aligned teams to build clear roadmaps of upcoming product releases to prioritize and sequence the backlog against other digital priorities
  • Lead and manage release team meetings
  • Simplify and manage program communications across cross-functional teams, delivering the right information to the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Develop strong relationships with the business analyst and development architects to understand scope and anticipate, mitigate, and elevate program risks and trade-offs
  • Foresee and address resource constraints and conflicting priorities
  • Clear program documentation with status updates, dashboards, and documentation
  • Continually improve and scale current processes and oversee development of training documentation 

Requirements:
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
  • 5+ years in a Project Management or similar role
  • Experience in a software environment with Agile and scrum methodologies
  • Ability to objectify, simplify and clarify
  • Ability to build trust and communicate guiding principles to lead a cross-functional team without formal authority
  • Outcome focus, strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong strategic aptitude: proven ability to evaluate tradeoffs, define (and flex) a product roadmap
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts
  • With global context in mind, ability to distill iterative steps
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Smartsheet 
  • Advanced degree preferred 
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Process mapping capabilities preferred
