Responsibilities • Manages critical (high risk) customer complaint investigations for Intralox’s Thermodrive platform
• Works within cross-functional teams to investigate customer complaints involving product exposures to chemicals
• Performs onsite customer sanitation process and chemical audits
• Coordinates forensic testing with internal and independent labs to identify product failure modes
• Leads customer discussions on field issue causation
• Assists with investigation documentation and with post-mortem incident review
• Reviews and interprets chemical suppliers’ product composition data
• Develops test plans to evaluate chemical compatibility and coordinates in-house and external product testing
• Supports technical groups answering customer questions and performing risk assessments on how chemical products affect our products
• Performs complex and greenfield chemical risk assessments
• Works with Intralox New Products Materials group on innovative chemical projects
• Represents our company on external trade groups and teams to support business objectives
• Assists and implements updates using multiple computer platforms
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Biology, Chemistry or other science discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industry
· College mathematics required (Statistics a plus)
• Must be able to extract and analyze data
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well verbally with internal and external customers.
• Strong English writing skills
• Ability to make educated judgments on correctness, accuracy, and appropriateness of information
• Must be able to prioritize and make decisions
• Must be able to create and maintain systems for keeping up on details on multiple projects
• Self-managed. Able to complete tasks independently

Desired Skills/Abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
• Oracle, NOETIX, Sharepoint a plus

• Computer literacy with Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics
