Responsibilities:

• Partner cross-functionally to understand goals and methods, assess needs, and validate priorities.
• Counsel the business on process improvement opportunities based on analysis.
• Build, gain commitment to, and manage the process optimization roadmap and manage change.
• Prioritize the roadmap and translate it into a plan of action for each item selected.
• Translate business needs into systems requirements – scope, purpose, and requirements.
• Work with the infrastructure, ERP, enterprise architecture, and business architecture groups within the business to help integrate new projects into the IT environment including transition into long-term delivery and support.
• Identify standards for business process documentation and governance.
• Execute governance standards for organizational processes in conjunction with functional process specialists.
• Develop QMS requirements and evaluate and help deploy the solution in partnership with IT.
• Study the market/industry to bring best practices in the respective area to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving – can identify and frame a problem statement, facilitate discussions, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Analytical skills – can gather and analyze data to draw conclusions.
• Leadership/influence – can influence others appropriately to gain support for required work.
• Understand data governance principles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate process improvement exercises and Kaizen events.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Preferred:

• Experience with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN 2.0 preferred).
• Experience with ERP, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) preferred.
• Experience with Engineering Systems such as CAD, PDM and PLM preferred.
