Intralox, L.L.C. is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and develop business strategies. This position provides an opportunity to directly impact business development and results, with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. You will report directly to the Industrial Business Unit Director and work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and engineering team members and managers to address a variety of challenges that are focused towards creating value for our customers and for Intralox.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Global Industrial Business Unit Director to expand the business base and filter opportunities
  • Lead strategy for business development, key industries and customer segments
  • Provide research and analysis to support new product development
  • Work with key customers to develop long term business propositions and value statements
  • Conduct strategic, competitive and industry analysis
  • Develop customized business cases/return on investment calculations to support selling teams/strategies
  • Assist with preparation and execution of Business Unit annual and quarterly strategic plans
  • Assist with the development of team sales forecasts and profitability projections
  • Works with internal departments to drive productization of top offerings
  • Report on and keep track of team results
  • Work with the Marketing Communications Coordinator to develop marketing mediums/tools effectively in order to communicate clear messages to the market/customer base
  • Member of the leadership-team for the focus segments

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Project Management or Financial Analysis. MBA/Training in economics or financial analysis a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • A keen analytical mind with a sound understanding of economics, business and engineering principles
  • Strong team player, self-managed and proactive with a demonstrated sense of ownership
  • Energetic and well organized with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate and effectively pursue strategic sales opportunities
  • Fluent in English. Other major languages a plus. International work or study experience a plus
  • Proficient in use of Excel and other analytical tools
