Intralox L.L.C. Europe has an opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to support our continuously growing business and the evaluating legislative landscape within Europe. The position will be based out of our Hoofddorp location.

  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices and employee expense reports for our Dutch and UK entities
  • Work closely with our Accountants ensuring proper coding of invoices
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices and employee expense reports in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance, support and training as needed to the EMEA Accounts Payable Team
  • Manage vendor master data
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax laws affecting accounts payable processes in the Netherlands and UK
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with our Global Accounts Payable Teams and various departments to implement best practices
  • Work with our Accountants to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing procedures
  • Reconcile accounts payables sub-ledgers to the general ledger
  • Support interim, annual and tax audits for the Netherlands and UK
  • Participate in system improvements/business initiatives
  • Generate regular reports on accounts payable metrics, including aging analysis and cash flow projections
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related study, with minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Understanding of European indirect taxes
  • Problem solving mindset, ability to simplify
  • Keen interest in systems automation
  • Experience with Oracle EBS preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills. Mastery of the Dutch and English language
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
