Job Description (General Summary)
As the Supply Chain Analyst you leverage data and analytics to optimize supply chain processes, from demand planning and inventory management to logistics and supplier performance. This role supports strategic decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and helps reduce costs across procurement, production, and distribution.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal stock strategies (min/max, safety stock)
  • Support demand forecasting and collaborate with sales/operations teams
  • Evaluate supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery reliability)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (KPIs like OTIF, inventory turns, fill rate)
  • Identify bottlenecks in logistics, warehousing, or production flow
  • Assist in supply chain network optimization and planning initiatives
  • Work with ERP/WMS to extract and validate data
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Infor XA, Dynamics 365)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Power Apps)
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts (forecasting, inventory, logistics)
  • SQL or Python (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret large datasets
  • Communication skills to explain insights to non-technical teams
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
