We are seeking a Trainer to develop and implement trainings for our internal and external customers. The right individual is mechanically inclined and passionate about instructional delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate technical training sessions, including classroom, hands-on, and remote learning.
• Serve as the content owner for technical training, designing and storyboarding training materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technical writing teams to ensure cohesiveness and brand consistency.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and knowledge/skill demonstration; drive continuous improvement in our training delivery.
• Translate business needs to training requirements by assessing product/process audits, performance metrics, maintenance and troubleshooting data, and account strategies.
• Act as the project manager and content owner for all technical training development.
• Support the development and delivery of train-the-trainer programs for external customer support.

Qualifications:
• Educational or practical experience working in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or a supporting function to these fields
• 5+ years of experience in teaching, instructional delivery, and/or training
• Skilled at conveying mechanical and electrical engineering technical concepts and ideas simply and clearly
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presenting, listening, questioning, and time management
• Customer service mindset with a drive to delight customers with a strong training experience
• Confident, resilient, flexible, proactive, and self-managed
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills
• Open to feedback, with proven ability to work collaboratively with others
• Willingness to travel internationally 25-40% to meet customer training schedule, including occasional weekends
• Ability to carry 50 lbs of equipment to customer site for training when needed

Preferred Skills
• Mechanical and/or electrical engineering degree
• Working knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks)
• Proficiency with LMSs and training software (Articulate)
