  • Works with ATO Scheduling and Supply Chain Analyst on production forecasting; executes purchase orders and manages parts flow through receipt.
  • Creates discrete job within the ERP systems and define bill, routing, scheduling assembly start and completion date.
  • Manages the entire purchasing life cycle - $100,000 to $1,000,000+ weekly.
  • Utilizes Oracle ERP and Operational Dashboards to identify inefficiencies, execute root-cause analysis (RCA) and submit business process change requests.
  • Analyzes Engineering, Scheduling and Supply Chain data to support and improve supply chain management (SCM) planning and operations in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Identifies cost savings opportunities, drive cost initiatives, and negotiate prices.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data.
  • At least three (3) years of supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven knowledge of inventory management.
  • Must be a self-managed, hard-working, self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
