Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze data from Engineering, Production Controls, Supply Chain and Materials Control to support and improve supply chain management planning and operations across three IBA Lanes – Assemble-To-Order (ATO), Engineer-To-Order (ETO) and Develop-To-Order (DTO). 
  • Analyze large datasets to support Sourcing Category Managers within Supply Chain Team with analytical needs to improve supplier performance. 
  • Manage and improve Supplier KPI Dashboard based in Power BI App. 
  • Create and adjust departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Utilizes Oracle ERP and Operational Dashboards to identify inefficiencies, execute root-cause analysis (RCA) and propose recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with Intralox Equipment Supply Chain teams for inventory management and annual forecast generation creating an integrated global supply chain in specific categories. 
  • Develop and monitor performance of IBA Outsourced Suppliers. 
  • Create processes to improve and maintain data integrity across different warehouses in collaboration with Buyers and Supply Management Analysts. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration. 
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data. 
  • Minimum 3 years supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or a position involving data analytics, interpretation, and reporting. 
  • Proven knowledge of inventory management. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must be a self-managed, hard-working, self-motivated individual. 
  • Proficient with Power BI, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel including Power Query.
