Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Inspector in our Cleveland, OH (Twinsburg) facility. This position will be a 12-hour night shift schedule primarily working 7pm – 7am Monday – Thursday. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide urgent support to production and effectively elevates issues when needed.
  • Performs required Quality measurements, inspections, and audits. 
  • Lead in the documentation of Non-Conformances and ensures containment of product.
  • Supports Quality investigations. Provides accurate and timely data collection.
  • Proficiency in interpreting quality control drawings and/or quality specifications.
  • Assists the Quality Team with investigations and data collection.
  • Elevates drawing/matrix errors and omissions for investigation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a self-managed team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Work overtime as required, including weekends.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ASQ certifications.
  • Good visual acuity. 
  • Basic understanding of the following: quality concepts, quality tools, probability, statistics, calibrations, and metrology.
  • Passion for learning and growth with ability to manage own tasks and meet goals and objectives with little supervision.
  • Demonstration of sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with strong ability to seek buy in on all levels. 
  • Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of making consistent, logical, and objective decisions using good judgment.
  • Ability to assume good intentions and exhibit trust in workplace relationships.
