Intralox, LLC is currently seeking a Project Manager for the New Product Development Department. This individual will be primarily responsible for managing projects through Intralox’s product development process. This Project Manager will work in our Baltimore Maryland office to support our new product development team in the creation of innovative, high-value solutions for challenging real-world problems.

  • Manages New Product Development Projects from feasibility through to market acceptance

  • Develops, monitors and controls a detailed scope of work, budget and schedule

  • Plans, directs and manages project related tasks
  • Work with commercial team and customers to determine product requirements 

  • Develops and executes Communication Management Plans to ensure proper engagement of all stakeholders 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate information at the right time, to the right audience

  • Holds well planned and productive meetings

  • Conduct Risk Assessment for each project opportunity to help prioritize work and mitigate risks for work that is activated.

  • Coordinates resources across multiple departments with input from other functional managers

  • Works with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial team managers to prioritize work 

  • Understands commonly-used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Self-driven and motivated- working to implement and improve processes
  • A wide degree of creativity is expected in day to day work 


  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university. Business or Engineering Degree preferred. 

  • 5+ years Project Management experience with an understanding of Project Management processes and best practices

  • PMP or formal Project Management training preferred

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies preferred 

  • Good planning and research skills 

  • Experience working in cross functional teams

  • Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel and AutoCAD

  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors

  • A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement

  • Some Travel Required (<10%)
