Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Project Manager, Customer Applications (Develop to Order- DTO) in our Maryland Office. 


This position requires a significant amount of travel (up to 30%) with some project work taking place on holidays and weekends to meet customer scheduling requirements.

  • Manages both internal and external customer projects that are developmental, or non-standard
  • Work with both internal and external customers to determine clear project scope and success criteria
  • Conduct Risk Assessment for each project opportunity to help prioritize work and mitigate risks for work that is activated.
  • Works with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial team managers to coordinate resources
  • Complete order processing and invoice processing utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Create project budget estimates and continue to monitor project against the baseline budget
  • Create project closing reports to include lessons learned and to compare budget and timeline to initial estimation
  • Self-driven and motivated- always working to improve the process


  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Great at asking questions to get to truth
  • 3+ years Project management experience
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel and AutoCAD
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement
