We are seeking a Program Manager for the Corporate IT group who will manage a wide range of projects focused on deploying our internal Intranet and enabling Digital Workplace solutions for our employees. This requires an individual who is a self-starter, an organized thinker, a fast learner, and strong facilitator, and who brings superior communication and interpersonal skills.  Projects will have broad impact within our global companies will focus on deploying the right technology solutions to meet and solve key business challenges. 

This position will report to the IT Business and Program Planning Supervisor.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and project team members to ensure functional and technical considerations
  • Oversee execution of programs and projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, ensure resource availability and allocation, and monitor and summarize progress
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget; ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with business processes
  • Develop and manage a detailed project documentation to monitor and track progress
  • Proactively manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Source, evaluate, select, and manage vendor relationships to support expanded capacity for project execution when needed.
  • Coordinate communication and change management efforts with business stakeholders into project plans to promote adoption and benefits realization
  • Act as a feedback loop from the business and in coordination with other Project Managers to assess and refine the processes, standards, and templates used for effective program and project management within our department


Requirements
  • 5+ years proven working experience in project and portfolio management. Desired experience managing the implementation of Company Intranet or internal portals; or deploying SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Experience managing continuous delivery teams through ongoing improvements and enhancements to the platform.
  • Excellent facilitation and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of experience organizational change management processes
  • Self-managed with ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and the confidence working with thought partners across functional areas
  • Experience deploying products in a multi-national, multi-division company preferred
