A qualified individual for the Production Support Assistant role will provide administrative support to the Production Team at our brand new Intralox Baltimore facility located in Hanover, MD. The position requires someone who is a self-starter, is good at building relationships, and has superior organization, interpersonal and communication skills.  The qualified individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and respond well to ad hoc tasks. 

Responsibilities 


  • Support the production management team with time card audit and approval process
  • Set up new contractors in time keeping system and train them on time keeping procedure
  • Create and administers employee badges for time entry
  • Validate and generates various reporting on employee hours worked
  • Serve as a point of contact for short-term contract labor needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for ordering, administering and tracking the Uniform program for production staff
  • Generate order requisitions for production team supplies
  • Support production team with ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Assist management team with expense reporting
  • Answers employee questions and trouble shoots problems as they arise
  • Serve as a backup to and assist with Front Desk duties such as
    • Servicing incoming telephone calls
    • Sorting incoming/outgoing mail
    • Monitoring coffee and open market supply and working with vendors when needed
    • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
    • Coordinating food orders for internal meetings

Requirements 

  • High school diploma

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast changing priorities

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Team-player with a positive attitude

  • Must be punctual and dependable

  • Stable work history 

Preferences

 
  • Previous experience working in a production environment
  • Previous knowledge of Kronos system and Kronos reporting
