Intralox’s In-House Global Marketing Department is responsible for Intralox’s brand management and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide.  The Production Designer produces visual design assets to support marketing campaigns, promotions, trade shows, and events using templates or from scratch in adherence to brand guidelines.  The Production Designer also collaborates with the Lead Designer and other Designers to execute concepts, resize existing work, and replicate assets in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

  • Understand goals and requirements for assigned projects
  • Produce and edit on-brand creative print and digital design assets for campaigns, brochures, fliers, proof of value documents, direct mail, trade show graphics, and advertising for print and digital distribution
  • Retouch photos
  • Manage printing, reprints, and translations through external vendors.  Produce work orders or purchase orders for payments to vendors.
  • Create work that is impactful and relevant to the overall brand
  • Collaborate with team members including marketing strategists, graphic designers, copywriters/editor, and trade show coordinators
  • Follow established brand design standards to drive consistency of messaging and enhance brand perception
  • Work independently and collaboratively both within and across departments to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Manage tasks within inMotion project management software.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, Marketing team members, and department leadership

Requirements

  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns. Include a link to your online portfolio in your resume. Applications submitted without a link to an online portfolio will not be considered
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of design experience  
  • B2B experience preferred, global experience a plus
  • Corporate marketing environment experience preferable
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience building branded experiences and campaigns across digital and traditional communications
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients/team members, colleagues and external vendors
  • Excellent communication, pitch, and presentation skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of working within corporate brand guidelines
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Proactive and have a passion for continuous improvement
