Intralox, L.L.C., a division of Laitram, L.L.C., and a global provider of conveyance solutions and services, has an opening for a Product Owner within the Digital Solutions team.  The Digital Solution (DS) team is leading Intralox’s implementation and evolution of our enterprise business applications and new digital solutions. DS is more than just an IT department – we are business domain experts, software developers, and operational support resources that use technology to bring more value to customers and Intralox. 

This role will report to a lead developer and work with a diverse team of technical and business experts.  The individual in this role will navigate a broad range of technically complex projects for different departments and cross functional owners.  They will be pivotal to introducing various projects related to the core functionality of our customer service and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business leaders and product experts to develop programs to enhance functionality of core customer service and manufacturing systems.
  • Manage multiple, interdependent business-sponsored IT projects and programs that span multiple business units globally, including product configurators and work order optimization engines. 
  • Coordinate among developers, architects, and business leaders to define a feature delivery roadmap.
  • Assist developers and business leads in defining a test plan for implemented changes.
  • Work with partners and vendors on system life cycle management.  Create programs to eliminate obsolete systems by defining the technology roadmaps for emerging collaboration technologies. Integrate net new functionality and version upgrades into the technology roadmaps. 
  • Track program milestones and remove barriers and that impact project execution. Report results to executive teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering with a strong combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Product Owner
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in an Analyst role analyzing business requirements and translating those requirements into technical requirements
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping
  • Strong business and technical communication skills
  • Experience with the SDLC
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience as a software developer preferred 
  • ScrumMaster Certification preferred
  • Experience working with a QA Team preferred
