The Product Engineering Team has an opening for a supervisor in North America. The candidate will be a key member in the global engineering space for ARB equipment and will be responsible for leading and managing the North America group of Product Engineers.
The Product Engineering team is responsible for the technical governance, continuous improvement in quality, and market alignment of Intralox’ global equipment portfolio.

·     Develop a high-performance team in a fast-growing environment, with shared/aligned goals and consistent performance management practices.

·     Minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience

·     Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills

·     Ability to effectively interface with production personnel and leadership 

·     Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills

·     Proven affinity with an industrial, manufacturing and engineering business environment

·     Proven track record of continuous improvement, understanding of LEAN concepts

·     Demonstrated problem solving and issue resolution skills

·     Strong organizational and planning abilities 

·     Strong computer skills in MS Office applications and ERP/PLM. Oracle experience is an advantage.

·     Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and under the pressure of deadlines.
