We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing organizational change management (OCM) programming for our company. The successful candidate will apply OCM methodologies: assessing needs, stakeholders, and resistances to create engaging change campaigns to ease the organization through various business critical business and technology changes.

Responsibilities:

• The Organization Change Management (OCM) Manager will partner with leadership to strategize, manage, and support change efforts to ensure there is integration and alignment of the OCM strategy and plans to large-scale enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives

• This position will assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the change management strategy and will need to work with other internal teams in the assessment of change impact and the design, development and delivery of communications, training, engagement, and other change activities to shift mindsets, ways of working, and increase user adoption

• Leverage domain subject matter expertise in addition to deep Laitram organization and business (operations) knowledge and experience to engage key stakeholders and to assist in the assessment and identification of mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of change across the organization

• Provide overall team leadership across all change workstreams working with internal resources and vendor relationships

• Assist in the assessment of the change impact across the organization in alignment of the change management strategy to create awareness and integration of the project as it relates to other critical enterprise change initiatives (e.g., acquisitions, HR transformation)

• Actively manage project resources, as assigned, and executing plans to ensure engagement deliverables and change initiatives are complete, effective, in scope, on schedule, high quality and within budget

• Own and deliver learning interventions, engagement strategy and plans, as well as communication strategy and plans

• Own and oversee in partnership with business stakeholders process alignment and role/work transition

• Work with Corporate Communications to execute internal communication tactics designed to contribute to stakeholder engagement and related behaviors to support adoption of project objectives

• Utilize technical acumen to develop data driven scorecards, dashboards, and analysis in support of the change strategy and intended project outcomes

• This position will be directly responsible for managing two team members, on the execution of Change Management deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of Change Management or Human Resources/OD experience

• A bachelor's degree in communication, human resources, psychology, information systems, or a related study (or equivalent work experience)

• Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader

• Strong familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

• Proven success in delivering projects with demonstrable business impact, preferably within the context of a large-scale Organizational Change effort

• Showcases acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

• Exhibits active listening skills and empathy that will aid the extensive exploration of issues and challenges that are being articulated by our stakeholders

• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders and operational employees

• Influences and inspires others to move toward a common vision or goal

• Remains flexible and adaptable, and is comfortable in ambiguous situations

• Organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
