An Oracle HCM Product Manager/Owner is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role primarily reports to Oracle Development Team Manager and involves working closely with implementation partner to implement Oracle HCM Applications (Global HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management) and working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Participate in Requirement Gathering sessions, analyze business requirements, document and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM applications, troubleshoot issues, work with Oracle Support (SR) and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Keep track of Quarterly patching for Cloud modules, analyze, present new features and bug fixes to Business.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Assists with data migration, data integration and ensure data accuracy and integrity within Oracle HCM Cloud, ERP Applications and other related business applications.
  • Conduct functional testing part of the Implementation and quarterly patch cycle for Cloud modules, to ensure that the system meets business requirements and is free of defects.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing user queries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage service desk Oracle HCM Cloud Applications support queue, gather support details, and resolve incidents within established SLAs.
  • Monitor and triage Oracle HCM Applications integration errors and triage for resolution; escalate to appropriate technical team as needed.
  • Identify and provide workarounds to end users when a root cause resolution is not possible in the near term. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge with peers.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of Company information and Personnel data.

Requirements:
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information systems, or related curriculum 
  • Minimum 10 years Oracle HCM Cloud Modules Implementation experience
  • Proven Oracle Fusion Technical Skills – OTBI, BIP, Reports, HDL, FBDI, HCM Analytics
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, PaaS Development
  • Sufficient understanding of Oracle ERP Applications
  • Multi-Country, Multi-Language – Oracle HCM Cloud Roll outs is a plus
  • Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
  • Limited travel during project implementation phase is required
