Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, has a position available for a Business Analyst in Information Technology Services group. 

This Business Analyst position would work directly with one of our fastest growing teams, the Intralox’s Discrete Equipment (DPE) business team.  The DPE team is an innovation leader in the postal and parcel industries, as well as the logistics and material handling equipment businesses, delivering full conveyance solutions to customers.

  • Working directly with the ITS Management team and the DPE business team to understand strategies, products and key department principles and processes.  (Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Controls, Shipping, and Finance)
  • Work with DPE Business Leads to clarify and scope the business vision for selected ITS priorities and map out the technology/system needs
  • Lead efforts to translate high-level vision into concrete action plans for each key DPE initiatives.
  • Lead the ITS – Business team collaboration through the project lifecycle stage gates.  This includes final requirements; process definitions and identification of system needs for the final implementation.
  • Work with the infrastructure, ERP, enterprise architecture and business architecture groups within ITS to help integrate new projects into the ITS environment including transition into long term delivery and support.


  • College Degree Required
  • Business, Engineering or Computer Science Degree Preferred
    • Additional Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience is required
  • Some travel is required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experienced problem solver
  • Principled thinking with eye towards simplification and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment
  • Strong mechanical and technology aptitudes
  • Experienced business process engineer
  • Experience with working with business systems architecture consultants staff augmentation providers
  • Experience leading diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors
  • Engineering or equipment design experience
  • Experience with ERP and Engineering Design Application platforms preferred.
    • Experience in one or all of the following preferred:
      • Oracle EBS, Tacton, SolidWorks® Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM), AutoDesk
