- Moving completed pallets of parts utilizing fork-lifts/pallet movers
- Perform Accurate transactions of product movement
- Issue parts to jobs needing secondary parts
- Completing finished goods transactions
- Actively maintains lean/5S processes on the floor
- Restocks MDG with consumables
- Issues and receives secondary equipment to and from Factories
- Operation of the Blending room
- Diagnostics of basic technical issues on blending equipment
- Intralox systems knowledge to execute job changes
- Regrinding scrap parts or recycling them as appropriate
- Total Production Maintenance (TPM)
- Performance of Blending Preventative Maintenance tasks
- Daily assessment of equipment condition and potential safety issues
- Reporting and documentation of cell issues through work order requests and shift summaries
- Housekeeping
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Stable work history in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, which include every other weekend
- Ability to work occasional overtime
- Ability to perform essential job requirements as set forth in the WorkSaver Functional Job Description for the plastics technical group:
- Lift 56 pounds safely,
- Stand and walk continuously while checking machinery,
- Obtain safe postures during lifting, lowering, reaching, pushing, pulling and carrying while working in awkward positions,
- Sufficient flexibility to safely climb onto machines, climb stairs, bend at the waist when picking up inserts and other tools,
- Ability to use one and two hands to push buttons, use small hand tools (including torque wrenches),
- Ability to perform frequent endurance tasks expending 5.6-7.5 METS.
- Must be able to complete and pass a physical examination.

- Self-managed; ability to work well without supervision, team-oriented person possessing a positive attitude
- Previous safety training
- Post high school technical training (Vo-Tech, BA in Industrial Technology, work training program in a technical field, etc.)
- Intralox Systems knowledge (Shotscope, Oracle, Scanning)
