Intralox, the global leader in conveyance solutions, is looking for an experienced and exciting individual to fill the role of Marketing Interactive Lead. As Interactive Lead, you will lead all research, development, and deployment of Marketing-related digital assets including, but not limited to, websites, splash pages, digital advertising, social media, and SEM campaigns. It is crucial for this candidate to possess strong front-end development experience. 

This position will report to our Creative Director and will provide support to a team of talented graphic designers, copywriters, marketing strategists and project managers. The primary responsibility of this position will be ensuring all digital assets are delivered properly and on time as Intralox develops a new public-facing website. The position will also be responsible for delivery responsibilities that will include ensuring all web properties are accessible and conform to Intralox's brand and UX guidelines, ensuring all digital campaigns integrate seamlessly with all web properties and relevant social media platforms, and/or marketing platforms.

About You

You’re a strong, creative problem-solver with the ability to reduce the complex into simple, digestible deliverables. You are guided by customer data and commercial needs. You can work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, production, information technology, and digital services teams.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful web experiences to scale across multiple scenarios, devices, industries and customers
  • Lead numerous projects simultaneously, from start to finish, to meet priorities and requirements in an agile environment
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, IT, designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to conceptualize, prototype, test, iterate and build end-to-end experiences
  • Effectively define and document user problems, principles and details necessary to communicate and implement solutions
  • Present and explain solutions, decisions, and design rationale in a manner that fosters collaboration and consensus building
  • Ensuring our website and all digital assets conform to all relevant usability and accessibility standards
  • Ensure the website integrates with other digital platforms, social media, etc.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as accessibility standards and SEO best practices
  • A rich and engaging portfolio displaying competency in the core deliverables defined in the job description
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a lead role in developing marketing-related websites and digital campaign assets
  • Five years of experience is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • Deep understanding of integration with all major social media platforms
  • Solid understanding of producing marketing-related emails that work across platforms
