Laitram LLC Information Technology Services Department has an opening for an IT Systems Administrator reporting to the global IT Service & Support manager. The primary responsibility for this position is administering a robust collection of Software-as-a-Service offerings for a global company.  This includes at its foundation the Microsoft Office 365 suite and related technologies (Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams) for employees in our 20+ offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Administer cloud-based systems and governance programs (in particular Office 365) with a focus towards user experience and unified workspaces (anytime, anywhere)
  • Maintain pace with update release cadences and ensure application teams are aware of changes; communicate the need for training/change management as required
  • Troubleshoot and optimize usage of cloud-based service offerings
  • Administer Azure Single Sign-On (SSO) along with the IT Identity & Access Management team
  • Administer cloud-based licensing of users with the IT Procurement team
  • Maintain secure environments, using Microsoft Secure Score, with the IT Security team
  • Recover deleted or archived content when the business user cannot
  • Provide escalated support for our IT Support team, and leverage managed service providers for added expertise
  • Create and document standard operating procedures related to our cloud offerings

Requirements

  • Experience in the Microsoft Office 365 technology stack including Office Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Flow, and PowerApps
  • Expertise in PowerShell for Office 365 administration
  • Experience in Azure Active Directory (AAD) and AD Connect
  • Experience in Windows 10 and Office 365 ProPlus
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity & Access, and Cloud technology
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field; or relevant work experience
  • Self-managed; ability to work well alone and in a global team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned work according to business need and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Desired Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft licensing
  • Experience with administering Dynamics 365, Smartsheet, Project Online, and/or WebEx
  • M365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
  • MTA: Cloud Fundamentals
