  • Responsible for the successful support of all IT systems deployed in production
  • Provide insight into reoccurring issues to peers and management for trend identification
  • Perform administration and preventative maintenance on business-user devices and IT equipment  
  • Author technical documentation on common issues and solutions
  • Interface and maintain effective communication with the business and IT team members 
  • Strong competency in Information Technology 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned work according to business need and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, self-managed, and ability to work well in a team environment 
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
