Our Information Technology Services Department has an opening for a Network Engineer, reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position include the ongoing design, installation and support of our Global LAN/WAN environment.

  • Design, implement and provide 3rd level support for various global systems, including, but not limited to:
  • Cisco based LAN/ WAN environment
  • Global MPLS Network
  • Global Routing Protocols (EIGRP, BGP, etc.)
  • Nexus 7K, 5K and 2K
  • Participate/lead projects intended to continually improve/upgrade our Network Infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on the business.
  • Author technical installation, configuration and support documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication with business-users and team members.
  • Perform planned system changes and upgrades with minimal impact to business operations which may require after hours or weekend work.
  • Work collaboratively with vendors and contractors to provide innovative business solutions.
  • Global travel opportunities as business needs require.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.


  • B. S. in Computer Science, MIS or related field or related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network engineering.
  • Proficient in designing, implementing or supporting Cisco LAN/WAN environment.
  • Experience planning and leading IT related projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-managed and works well in a team environment.
