Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and resolve network issues.
- Configure, install, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls), with an emphasis on Cisco IOS, routing protocols, and hardware/software configuration.
- Monitor network performance to ensure reliability, capacity, and uptime.
- Support system rollouts with a focus on integration, usability, and security.
- Adhere to configuration and change management protocols.
- Recommend improvements in hardware, software, and processes to enhance performance and reduce incidents.
- Manage procurement of network hardware and coordinate with ISPs and contractors.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and end users.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical after-hours support.
- Continuously grow technical knowledge through training and certifications.
- Travel globally as required to support installations and maintenance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Network and Systems Administration.
- Strong expertise in Cisco IOS and Fortinet for configuration and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, including DHCP, DNS, subnetting, VLANs, and Layers 1–3.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or CCNA certification.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule for on-call, evening, and weekend work as needed.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%, including occasional weekends or holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders, bend, stoop, and operate hand tools.
