  • Responsible for assembly and testing of custom and developmental equipment.
  • Utilize production schedules to build equipment and assist engineers in testing and validation.
  • Track incoming parts, develop processes for parts inspection, and ensure a high-quality product is delivered to our customers.
  • Ensure that any quality issues are well documented and reported to the proper team lead for resolution.
  • Follow Intralox protocol and procedures for assembling our equipment at a world class level.
  • Setup and execution of testing directed by the Test Engineer.
  • Manage the replacement of incorrect parts, at times fabricating parts in house to meet ship dates.
  • Prepare to offer solutions to issues that will occur.
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required.
  • Work overtime and on weekends as required
  • Follow the attendance policy of the Assembly department.
  • Exhibit teamwork and self-management practices.


  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of assembly experience.
  • Stable work history.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
  • Experience working with custom projects.
  • Proficient with all hand tools (powered and non).
  • Strong hand/eye coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude, with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of core quality principles.
  • Goal oriented team player.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills with some experience with 3D CAD.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job including the ability to lift and carry 45 pounds.
  • Travel may be required up to 10-20% and weekend work as needed.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
  • Experience with industrial conveyors.
  • Previous experience using Inventor.
