Intralox, LLC as an opening for a Customer Service Logistics Specialist for our Latin American markets.  The qualified individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to customers in our Latin American markets. 

Responsibilities

  • Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels of communication with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist customers with industry-specific product information
  • Manage customer tracking requests
  • Manage communications with logistics companies and freight forwarders pre and post ship
  • Prepare/modify export documentation and other customized documents
  • Liaise with Account Representatives and Logistics Coordinators
  • Manage freight quotes
  • Manage past due shipment reports
  • Manage Latin delivery and tracking issues
  • Participate in Customer Service Logistics Continuous Improvement Team

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good mathematical aptitude
  • Self-managed team player
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous business-to-business customer phone support service experience required
  • Previous freight logistics experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) a plus
