     Intralox, LLC has an opening for a Business Analyst on the commissions team within its Commercial Operations Group. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to calculating, maintaining and analyzing field sales commission plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculating, maintaining and analyzing field sales commission plans
  • Detailed quantitative analysis and auditing of the commission plans to ensure the accurate calculation and distribution of commission statements within required deadlines
  • Respond to inquiries, exception or adjustment requests made regarding commission plans in an accurate and timely manner
  • Complete predictive modeling for commission plans to assist team leaders in making compensation decisions
  • Provide analysis and assist in the preparation of schedules to be distributed to management
  • Complete accurate ad-hoc reports for management as requested
  • Calculate commissions accrual estimates for accounting on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • College degree in business related field preferred
  • Business experience (3-5 years preferred)
  • Very strong computer skills required; Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query is a plus
  • Demonstrate skills in querying and reporting; experience with Noetix Web Query is a plus
  • Strong qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
  • Clear, concise communication style and presentation skills
  • Work well within a team environment environment and across departments at all levels of the company
  • Self managed self-starter who takes ownership of area of responsibility
