Responsibilities
• Perform varied technical and sales testing functions to develop, promote, and support applications for cooking technology platform
• Provide technical assistance and training to sales account managers and customers, remotely by phone, through written correspondence, webcasts, and in person in customer facilities
• Support, coordinate and supervise testing both in home office and at customer facilities
• Field troubleshooting and correction of any problem installations or applications
• Collaborate and align with team members: design, drafting, commercial, manufacturing, service, and management
• Define and adhere to project goals in a fast-paced development atmosphere


Requirements
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Food Science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial mechanical design & commissioning, industrial food applications, or equivalent
• Travel requirement up to 20%
• Extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical systems
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Customer service-oriented personality and approach
• Strong project management and collaboration skills including planning, scheduling, leadership and team building
• Work with personnel at all levels of an organization
• Experience in the use of hand & measuring tools
• Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures, long work hours and adverse conditions
• Computer proficiency with demonstrated experience in MS Office (Word & PowerPoint)
• Analytical problem solver
• Practical and hands on
