Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, LLC is currently seeking an Application Engineer for the Conditioning Platform Group. This individual will be responsible for supporting the development and roll-out of new spiral technologies, promoting our solutions to our clients technically alongside our field sales account managers, and assisting with all after-sale activities including but not limited to installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Application Engineer, you will:

Collaborate with R&D to develop, test, and roll out new solutions and services.

Provide expert consulting on mechanical and basic control systems for conditioning technologies.

Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and health checks to optimize performance.

Deliver technical presentations and training to key customers and OEM partners.

Support sales and implementation teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and installation.

Interface with the implementation team to ensure successful services and installations: review and approve drawings, assess application suitability, and promote high standards of quality and workmanship.

Help establish and maintain global implementation standards and best practices for conditioning technologies.

Collaborate with the Technical Support Group to review and approve incoming inquiries as the platform’s expert product specialist.

Be available outside regular business hours to support colleagues and clients on platform-related matters.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial applications and project execution.

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a global team.

Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends and holidays.
